Kristie Trembulak -  As a wife and mom to twin girls, I like to enjoy our hectic life which includes balancing all that life has to offer including having a lot of wiggle room to enjoy all foods and activities. As for my work life, I'm a registered dietitian nutritionist and a certified diabetes care & education specialist.  I also have my master's degree in exercise science. I specialize in diabetes management, weight control, kidney disease, and prenatal/fertility nutrition.  In the end, I love when people feel their best by using food as a tool for both health and enjoyment.
